Communication training

People in organizations have different goals, aspirations, interests, experiences, and values, and it all determines how a person will react to specific conditions and situations. On the other hand, human behavior in an organization is directly or indirectly influenced by various organizational factors, such as established formal rules or socialization. Human behavior is a complex product of the interaction of various individual and organizational factors, individual needs and social norms, the desire to do what is good for us, and the possibility of what is allowed to us.

From an organizational perspective, it is one thing to achieve a result, and quite another to achieve the result we all expected. Not only does unplanned and unclear internal and external communication not help us get closer to the desired goal, but it also causes a lot of noise and confusion, which leads to loss of precious time and resources.

The aim of the training program is to help participants understand how people’s characters, beliefs, attitudes, and assumptions hinder the effective achievement of common goals and outcomes, as well as to formulate a clear internal communication strategy and tactics.
